Liz is an independent viticultural consultant and trainer based in the Hunter Valley. She has over 25 years of experience and is well-versed in the whole of value chain in the wine industry. Liz is a Roseworthy graduate, Australian Nuffield Farming Scholar and a GAICD. She is a non-executive director of the Australian Wine Research Institute, Landcare NSW, Freshcare and SAAFE CRC.
